We’re looking for a proactive, creative and social-media-obsessed Marketing & Social Media Executive to support our team across a wide range of marketing activities.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to develop their skills, get hands-on experience across multiple areas of marketing, and grow quickly within an ambitious startup.

Key Responsibilities...

Assist with planning, creating and scheduling social media content across multiple platforms.
Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages and support community-building activity.
Spot trends across LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram and Facebook to help shape content ideas.
Support the creation of videos, carousels, blogs and campaign content.
Contribute creative ideas to help client and internal marketing campaigns perform at their best.
Get involved in wider marketing activity such as email marketing, strategy support and content research.

About You — Skills & Qualities

We’re looking for someone who:

- Loves social media and understands how different platforms work.
- Has strong copywriting skills - captions, carousels, blogs or short-form content.
- Is proactive, self-motivated and able to manage their time well.
- Is organised, detail-focused and able to juggle multiple tasks.
- Is confident (or willing to become confident!) speaking on camera for TikTok-style content.

Bonus: Already builds, or wants to build, a personal brand.
You don’t need to know everything yet. Curiosity, enthusiasm and willingness to learn matter most.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to:

- Learn fast
- Try lots of different areas of marketing
- Work in a collaborative, startup environment
- Take initiative rather than “just ticking boxes” in a job description
