Our office is in Chesterfield but we still take a hybrid approach. That’s right, a company in 2023 that actually isn’t 100% WFH since face time is important to us, our culture and the company we’re trying to build.
But let’s be real, we treat adults like adults – if you need to leave a bit early to pick your kid up or go to a specific gym class, that’s cool too ✌️

About the role
If the following sounds like it’s something you’d be great at, then reach out because we want to hear from you.
• Assisting with the management of social media content across multiple platforms, including creating and scheduling posts.
• Monitoring and engaging with followers and responding to comments and messages, having a passion or track record in community building would be a great bonus!
• Great at spotting viral trends – you’ll be spending a lot of time on LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram and Threads so knowing what is popping off is key to helping us win both with Hello Social content and client socials.
• Want to learn a bit of everything. This is your chance to try a bit of all things marketing… from social media to video editing to email marketing and whatever else you want to try!
Requirements-wise, you’ll need the below to smash this role:
• Are social media obsessed and have an understanding of how each platform works and what works on each platform (don’t worry, we don’t expect you to know everything just yet!)
• Copywriting skills – whether that’s for Instagram captions, carousels or blogs, you need to be great at writing.
• Proactive, self-motivated and able to work independently at times.
• Highly organised and detail-oriented with an ability to multitask.
• Confidence in talking to a camera – part of this job, of course, involves being on our TikTok channel and building it from scratch.
• A bonus if you know how to use premiere pro and editing software!
• Already has or wants to build a personal brand.
