We’re looking for an experienced Senior Client Success Manager to manage a portfolio of clients, deliver exceptional service and become a trusted marketing advisor.

This isn’t an entry-level role. You’ll already have a strong understanding of marketing, social media and client management, ideally from working within a marketing agency.

You’ll confidently lead client meetings, develop marketing strategies, manage multiple projects and take ownership of the client experience.

What You’ll Do

Manage a portfolio of clients and build strong, long-term relationships.
Lead monthly client meetings and provide strategic marketing advice.
Develop marketing strategies, content plans and campaign ideas.
Review and approve social media content.
Analyse performance and recommend improvements.
Coordinate projects across our wider marketing and video team.
Manage expectations, deadlines and client communication.
Identify opportunities to improve results and grow client accounts.

What We’re Looking For

3+ years’ marketing agency experience.
Experience managing multiple client accounts.
Strong understanding of marketing and social media strategy.
Confident leading meetings and presenting ideas to clients.
Strong copywriting and communication skills.
Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
Someone who takes ownership, spots problems early and communicates proactively.
Commercially minded and focused on delivering great client results.

Experience with Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, Canva/Adobe, CRM systems, paid advertising, video marketing or StoryBrand would be beneficial.
