Map the Journey: Next, map out this target client’s journey from their initial discovery of your company to the final purchase and, ideally, repeat business or referrals. Keep it simple; you don’t need to list every detail and detour—just the high-level progression.
Get Feedback: You’ll ultimately create several of these throughout your SYSTEMology journey, but to ensure you’re on the right track, share this initial CCF with a fellow entrepreneur or business mentor. If they can follow it with little or no explanation on your part, you’re heading in the right direction!
