Solution: To increase website traffic, it's essential to ANSWER the questions in your industry that no one else will. Optimise your website for search engines by creating high-quality content and actively promote your website on social media platforms, email marketing, and online ads. Your website is the hub and resource center for everything you do. So all roads should lead back to it.

2. Problem - Poor Customer Retention


Solution: To retain customers, focus on providing exceptional customer service, creating engaging content and personalising marketing messages, offering rewards and loyalty programs, and regularly communicating with customers through email and social media channels.


It's also important to note that your customers want to go on a journey. They are the Hero in their story, so they need YOU to be their GUIDE.

Solution: You need to develop a strong brand identity, to do this you need to invest in a high quality logo and brand guidelines. What values do you stand for? What colours represent you? What's your tone of voice and which font do you use? All of these questions need clarifying. Once you've done this, create high-quality content that resonates with your target audience, utilise social media and other online channels to promote your brand, and collaborate with other businesses and influencers to expand your reach.


5. Problem - Difficulty in Measuring ROI (Return on Investment)


Solution: To measure ROI, establish clear goals and objectives, use data analytics to track and measure the effectiveness of your marketing campaigns, continually test and optimise your campaigns, and use A/B testing to determine what works best.
